Mr. Poduvath Ravindranath joined Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and rose to the rank of Assistant Commandant over a period of 9 years. After serving HAL for 9 years, During this period he worked in Currency printing press-Dewas, FCI, NTPC-Ramagundam, Vizag port trust, Uranium Corporation of India-Jaduguda and FACT-Cochin. Joined HAL-Bangalore on deputation.

After serving HAL for 9 years, resigned from service to start Private Eye (P) Limited. In all he has 48 years experience working in security department. Served as Vice President of Karnataka Security service Association and President CAPSI Karnatak chapter. Received the Lifetime Achievement award in the year 2020 at the Security summit held in Delhi. Thought leader in the industry and active in LinkedIn. Publishing several articles on the subject Man guarding services.
