Private Eye Private Limited Employees Welfare Trust

On 11 February 2003, we created a Trust by name Private Eye (P) Limited Employees Welfare Trust to take care of welfare of the security staff and office staff working in this organization in different States / Branches.

The Aim of this Trust:

To provide helping hand to the employee members in the following forms.
  • Death Benefits
  • Grant-in-Aid for higher education for meritorious students.
  • Superannuation Benefits
  • Medical Emergencies
Presently following Grants are given to the members of this Trust :

Death Benefit :


In case of any death of the Trust member, his next-of-kin will get the death benefit and funeral allowance.

The next-of-kin of member decease will get onetime payment of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh) which includes un-natural death also, on submission of proper supporting documents like Incident Report, Post Mortem Report, FIR in case of accident, Medical Report, etc. 

Retirement Benefit :


The member of the Trust, retires after 10 years of service and attaining age of 58 Years will be getting Superannuation benefit from the Trust Fund. The amount starts from Rs. 50,000/- and increase of Rs. 5,000/- on service completion of each year

Education Grant :


All meritorious students among the children of Trust members are given Education Grant by considering the Entrance Exam conducted by both Central and State Governments of premier institutions with valid proof of Hall Ticket of Entrance Exams conducted by State / Central governments.   Below courses are considered of the premier colleges.

Other Benefits :


All expenses related to the Death like Ambulance Charges (shifting the body to the native place / residence). It also covers the emergency medical expenses due to accident and severe illness like Heart Attack, Brain Hemorrhage, Stroke etc. which will be paid immediately after the incident. The monetary limits will be fixed by the Committee from time to time.
